La consulta se da en el marco del \u201cconflicto armado interno\u201d declarado el 9 de enero pasado por el presidente Noboa.<\/span><\/p>\n

E<\/span>l domingo 28 de abril, se realiz\u00f3 una consulta popular llamada por el presidente Daniel Noboa. En la misma se votaron 11 puntos que inclu\u00edan desde el fortalecimiento de la militarizaci\u00f3n del territorio contra el cr\u00edmen organizado hasta modificaciones en el r\u00e9gimen laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n

El refer\u00e9ndum const\u00f3 de una serie de preguntas vinculadas a la cuesti\u00f3n de seguridad -como el incremento de penas a delitos graves- que tuvieron un respaldo de entre el 72,24 % y el 59,92 % de los votos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sin embargo, la consulta popular rechaz\u00f3 las reformas vinculadas a cuestiones econ\u00f3micas y laborales, como la propuesta de legalizar los contratos laborales temporales y por horas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
