El Mercado Abierto Electr\u00f3nico (MAE) y Matba-Rofex, dos de las principales plazas financieras del pa\u00eds, sellaron un acuerdo para fusionarse.<\/span><\/p>\n

E<\/span>n un <\/span>comunicado conjunto<\/span><\/span><\/a>, afirmaron que la fusi\u00f3n “<\/span>es un hito que marca el comienzo de una nueva era en el mercado de capitales local<\/b>, donde las crecientes necesidades de mayores y mejores servicios financieros por parte del sector privado requerir\u00e1n m\u00e1s competencia y libertad econ\u00f3mica”.<\/span><\/p>\n

La operatoria del mercado de capitales a nivel nacional se divide actualmente entre cuatro empresas: Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA), Mercado Abierto Electr\u00f3nico, Matba-Rofex y Mercado Argentino de Valores (MAV).
