El Gobierno avanz\u00f3, por medio de una serie de decretos, en la desregulaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

E<\/span>l mi\u00e9rcoles 10 de julio se public\u00f3 en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial el <\/span>Decreto 599\/2024<\/span><\/a><\/span> que establece, entre otros elementos, el \u201clibre acceso al mercado de nuevos explotadores\u201d, el \u201cest\u00edmulo a la competencia\u201d, la \u201cdesregulaci\u00f3n tarifaria y libertad en la determinaci\u00f3n de precios\u201d, la \u201clibertad comercial en la fijaci\u00f3n de frecuencias y rutas a\u00e9reas\u201d, y el \u201cincentivo para la realizaci\u00f3n de nuevas rutas aerocomerciales\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Posteriormente, el jueves 18 de julio, se public\u00f3 el decreto <\/span>639\/2024<\/span><\/a><\/span> de Registro Nacional De Aeronaves donde se agiliza la nueva matriculaci\u00f3n de las aeronaves, y el mi\u00e9rcoles 24 de julio se public\u00f3 el decreto <\/span>663\/2024<\/span><\/a><\/span> de aviaci\u00f3n civil no tripulada que normativiza el uso de drones en el territorio nacional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan lo <\/span>expresado<\/span><\/span><\/a> por la Secretar\u00eda de Transporte, dependiente del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, durante el \u00faltimo tiempo se avanz\u00f3 con la reglamentaci\u00f3n del acceso a mercados aerocomerciales habilitando el ingreso de nuevos operadores, asimismo se avanz\u00f3 en la implementaci\u00f3n de \u201c<\/span>una pol\u00edtica de liberalizaci\u00f3n de vuelos mediante acuerdos bilaterales que promueven la apertura de cielos<\/b> con Ecuador, Brasil, Per\u00fa, Chile, Uruguay, Panam\u00e1 y Canad\u00e1, a los que se sumar\u00e1n m\u00e1s pa\u00edses en los pr\u00f3ximos meses\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

La decisi\u00f3n tuvo apoyo internacional de parte de Peter Cerd\u00e1, vicepresidente regional de Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Transporte A\u00e9reo (IATA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) para las Am\u00e9ricas felicit\u00f3 \u201cal Gobierno de Argentina por esta decisi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica\u201d. “El nuevo decreto permite, por ejemplo,<\/span> el libre acceso al mercado para nuevos operadores mediante procedimientos administrativos simplificados<\/b>“, agreg\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
