Luego de un \u201centendimiento mutuo\u201d revirti\u00f3 la medida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span class=\"dropcap \" style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #dd9933; border-color: #ffffff;\">L<\/span>a disputa por el control de los pagos digitales entre Mercado Pago y MODO (la aplicaci\u00f3n de pago de los bancos) no cesa. El viernes 1 de noviembre, <\/span><b>la billetera virtual de Mercado Libre impidi\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de pagos con tarjetas Visa en su sistema de QR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan aludieron desde la empresa la medida se realiz\u00f3 \u201ccon el objetivo de proteger la seguridad y calidad de las transacciones\u201d <\/span><b>exigiendo el requisito de tokenizaci\u00f3n (sistema de c\u00f3digos de seguridad encriptados para realizar las transacciones) establecido en marzo de este a\u00f1o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote align-right\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/tribunavm.com.ar\/index.php\/2024\/09\/09\/billetera-mata-banco\/\">Billetera mata banco<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El antecedente directo de esta medida es la<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bcra.gob.ar\/Pdfs\/comytexord\/A8032.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comunicaci\u00f3n A 8032 <\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del BCRA, publicada el 30 de mayo, que delega la \u201cresponsabilidad del fraude\u201d ante un pago con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito a trav\u00e9s de c\u00f3digos QR a la billetera virtual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde MODO emitieron un comunicado donde <\/span><b>acusaron a Mercado Pago de interrumpir &#8220;la libertad de los usuarios para pagar con sus tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. &#8220;Mercado Pago alude a un alto nivel de contracargos y determina arbitrariamente que ellos tienen su origen en factores controlados por otras billeteras distintas de la propia\u201d, contin\u00faa la misiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12103\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12103\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12103\" src=\"https:\/\/tribunavm.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/GALPERIN.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"674\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tribunavm.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/GALPERIN.webp 1200w, https:\/\/tribunavm.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/GALPERIN-300x169.webp 300w, https:\/\/tribunavm.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/GALPERIN-1024x575.webp 1024w, https:\/\/tribunavm.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/GALPERIN-768x431.webp 768w, https:\/\/tribunavm.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/GALPERIN-750x421.webp 750w, https:\/\/tribunavm.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/GALPERIN-1140x640.webp 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-12103\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Marcos Galper\u00edn, CEO de Mercado Libre y su app de pagos digitales.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;En definitiva, nos encontramos nuevamente ante el incumplimiento por parte de Mercado Pago sobre las normas\u201d, sentenciaron desde MODO.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luego de algunas instancias de negociaci\u00f3n, Mercado Pago inform\u00f3 en un comunicado que \u201c<\/span><b>lleg\u00f3 a un entendimiento con los bancos y Modo sobre la gesti\u00f3n de contracargos y fraudes en los pagos con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito recibidos desde otras billeteras interoperables en QR.
