Esto incluye el acceso a cr\u00e9ditos, la reducci\u00f3n de impuestos y la eliminaci\u00f3n de aranceles para productos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En un acto previo descart\u00f3 acercarse a los organismos internacionales de cr\u00e9dito: <\/span><b>\u201cSoy contrario a cualquier cr\u00e9dito del Fondo Monetario Internacional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En Bolivia la plata alcanza para reactivar nuestra econom\u00eda\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, \u201cTuto\u201d Quiroga se define como \u201cun hombre de libertad, de libre comercio\u201d. El oriundo de Cochabamba, es graduado de la<\/span><b> Universidad de Texas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tiene un master en Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas y <\/span><b>ha trabajado para IBM (empresa tecnol\u00f3gica)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sostuvo que al llegar a la presidencia estar\u00eda dispuesto a aplicar \u201cmotosierra, machete, tijera y todo lo que encuentres\u201d.
