Mientras tanto convocan a una marcha federal el mi\u00e9rcoles cuando el Congreso debatir\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n presidencial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span class=\"dropcap \" style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #dd9933; border-color: #ffffff;\">E<\/span>l pasado 10 de septiembre se public\u00f3 en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial <\/span><b>el veto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del presidente Javier Milei a la <\/span><b>Ley de Financiamiento Universitario<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que hab\u00eda sido aprobada por el Congreso el 21 de agosto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frente a esto la comunidad universitaria reaccion\u00f3 con asambleas y definieron medidas en rechazo al veto en todo el pa\u00eds. En la Universidad Nacional de Villa Mar\u00eda (UNVM), el gremio docente (ADIUVIM) y no docente(APUVIM) <\/span><b>adhirieron a un paro nacional de 24 horas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que se ejecut\u00f3 ayer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde Tribuna, dialogamos con Diego Vilches, secretario general de APUVIM, quien mencion\u00f3 que el paro obtuvo <\/span><b>un acatamiento del 98% <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en su sector. \u201cEs una demostraci\u00f3n contundente del descontento del sector de los trabajadores y trabajadoras\u201d, sentenci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, coment\u00f3 que el mismo viernes al mediod\u00eda convocaron a compa\u00f1eros docentes, estudiantes y al movimiento obrero organizado, representado por la CGT local, a un plenario para organizar <\/span><b>la tercer marcha universitaria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el pr\u00f3ximo <\/span><b>mi\u00e9rcoles 17<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y tendr\u00e1 su punto de concentraci\u00f3n en el rectorado de la UNVM hacia la Plaza Centenario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La movilizaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 ese d\u00eda ya que el Congreso debatir\u00e1 en sesi\u00f3n parlamentaria el rechazo o aprobaci\u00f3n del veto presidencial. Adem\u00e1s, en un comunicado expresaron <\/span><b>que el veto no es un hecho aislado, sino parte de una pol\u00edtica de ajuste sistem\u00e1tico.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201c<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mismo d\u00eda del veto apareci\u00f3 la Decisi\u00f3n Administrativa 23\/2025, que modifica el presupuesto nacional. En sus anexos, recortes sobre partidas clave de educaci\u00f3n y universidad. Becas, infraestructura, gastos corrientes. Nada queda al resguardo\u201d, expresan desde ADIUVIM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n mencionaron, que <\/span><b>el veto pone en riesgo servicios esenciales como salarios dignos, becas, comedores, residencias, transporte, investigaci\u00f3n,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> los materiales b\u00e1sicos para ense\u00f1anza y funcionamiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><b>El paro es medida y protesta. No es teatro. Es defensa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Es clamor por igualdad de oportunidades. Es reclamo por salarios dignos y financiamiento estable. Es un llamado a los representantes: <\/span><b>hagan lo que corresponda.
