El monto destinado a servicios de deuda supera ampliamente al presupuesto en educaci\u00f3n, salud y trabajo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

L<\/span>a propuesta de Presupuesto 2023, que contempla un gasto general de casi 29 billones de pesos, representa el 20% del Producto Bruto Interno (PBI) y supone el porcentaje m\u00e1s bajo de los \u00faltimos 22 a\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En el mismo se prev\u00e9 que el \u00edtem con mayor cantidad de recursos es el de \u201cServicios de Deuda P\u00fablica\u201d, llegando alrededor de los 3 billones de pesos, el 10% del total.<\/span><\/p>\n

Muy por debajo, se destinar\u00e1n alrededor de 1,7 billones a educaci\u00f3n y cultura, 1,3 billones a promoci\u00f3n y asistencia social, y 1,1 billones a salud.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que el presente presupuesto incumple la Ley de Financiamiento Educativo N\u00b0 26.075, promulgada en 2005, que dispuso de un m\u00ednimo destinado a educaci\u00f3n equivalente al 6% del PBI, mientras que el actual s\u00f3lo llega al 1,2%.<\/span><\/p>\n

En cuanto a las fuentes de financiamiento, en el art\u00edculo 4 de la <\/span>ley<\/span><\/a><\/span> establece que llegar\u00e1 a casi 30 billones de pesos y provendr\u00e1 casi en su totalidad del \u201cendeudamiento p\u00fablico e incremento de otros pasivos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\nproy_presupuesto2023<\/a>\n
