En el mismo tuvo lugar un acto del Grupo de Puebla, donde se denunci\u00f3 el lawfare contra dirigentes del progresismo en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span class=\"dropcap \" style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #dd9933; border-color: #ffffff;\">E<\/span>ntre el 20 y el 24 de marzo se realiz\u00f3 en el pa\u00eds el III Foro Internacional de DD.HH. organizado por la UNESCO, el Centro Internacional para la promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos (CIPDH) y el Gobierno Nacional. En el mismo se abordaron temas de memoria, verdad y justicia, movilidad humana, cambio clim\u00e1tico, discriminaci\u00f3n, xenofobia y racismo, derechos digitales, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como parte del cronograma se realiz\u00f3 un acto del Grupo de Puebla con el t\u00edtulo \u201cDel partido militar al partido judicial, las amenazas a la democracia\u201d, donde disertaron Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez, vicepresidenta de Argentina; Evo Morales, ex presidente de Bolivia; Rafael Correa, ex presidente de Ecuador; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez Zapatero, ex presidente de Espa\u00f1a; Ernesto Samper, ex presidente de Colombia;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En su turno, la vicepresidenta se refiri\u00f3 a lo que denominan \u201cLawfare\u201d: \u201clas sentencias se escriben en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y despu\u00e9s un fiscal suscribe la acusaci\u00f3n y un tribunal suscribe la sentencia\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, hizo referencia a la \u00e9poca de la dictadura sobre el \u201cpartido militar\u201d caracterizando que \u201clas fuerzas armadas cumplieron en toda la regi\u00f3n el rol de interrupci\u00f3n\u201d de \u201cun modelo de acumulaci\u00f3n\u201d basado principalmente en la \u201cmovilidad social ascendente&#8221;. &#8220;Antes hubo otros golpes, pero el del 76\u2019&#8221; fue el m\u00e1s importante, resalt\u00f3 Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El encuentro cont\u00f3 con la presencia de referentes pol\u00edticos, distintas actividades y disertaciones.
