El Congreso aprob\u00f3 mediante una resoluci\u00f3n administrativa el ingreso de tropas extranjeras entre el 1 de junio y el 31 de diciembre de 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

L<\/span>a sesi\u00f3n del Congreso del d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles 23 autoriz\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicios combinados entre tropas nacionales y tropas norteamericanas. A su vez se realizar\u00e1n formaciones para la Polic\u00eda Nacional Peruana (PNP).<\/span><\/p>\n

Estas actividades se llevar\u00e1n a cabo en regiones de Lima, Callao, Loreto, San Mart\u00edn, Hu\u00e1nuco, Ucayali, Pasco, Jun\u00edn, Huancavelica, Cusco, Ayacucho, Iquitos, Pucusana y Apur\u00edmac.<\/span><\/p>\n

La iniciativa fue presentada por Dina Boluarte, desde el 20 de abril, y del presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Luis Alberto Ot\u00e1lora Pe\u00f1aranda. La votaci\u00f3n result\u00f3 70 votos a favor, 30 en contra y cuatro abstenciones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el excanciller peruano, H\u00e9ctor B\u00e9jar, \u201cla presencia de esos militares es un disuasivo, parte de una pol\u00edtica de atemorizamiento del pueblo peruano que ha anunciado nuevas protestas para julio pr\u00f3ximo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por su parte, la ex ministra de la Mujer Anah\u00ed Durand, declar\u00f3 que \u201cluego de entregar el litio y otros recursos al extranjero, Dina Boluarte y el Congreso socavan la soberan\u00eda nacional autorizando el ingreso de tropas de Estados Unidos para \u2018formaci\u00f3n\u2019 de polic\u00edas y militares\u2019\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
