El dinero enviado por el Fondo se destinar\u00eda a “financiar las pol\u00edticas de reformas econ\u00f3micas” del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

E<\/span>l 12 de agosto pasado, el gobierno hondure\u00f1o, conducido por Xiomara Castro, y el personal t\u00e9cnico del Fondo Monetario Internacional llegaron a un acuerdo por $830 millones de d\u00f3lares. El acuerdo a\u00fan debe ser aprobado por el directorio del organismo.<\/span><\/p>\n

El jefe de la misi\u00f3n del FMI para Honduras, Ricardo Llaudes, expres\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds atraviesa “problemas sociales y estructurales, incluida una alta vulnerabilidad al cambio clim\u00e1tico”, pero asimismo resalt\u00f3 la \u201cresiliencia\u201d de la econom\u00eda hondure\u00f1a ante diversos fen\u00f3menos y hechos que han impactado de lleno en la econom\u00eda global como la pandemia, la guerra en Ucrania y la desaceleraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica global.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
