Un maestro de nivel inicial sin antig\u00fcedad percibir\u00e1 en septiembre un salario de unos 275 mil pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

E<\/span>l gremio docente resolvi\u00f3 en asamblea, con 91 votos positivos, 7 negativos y 17 abstenciones, aceptar la propuesta salarial realizada por el poder Ejecutivo Provincial para el segundo semestre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, exigieron una compensaci\u00f3n para el mes de agosto para todos los docentes activos de $30.000 por cargo y 30 horas c\u00e1tedras, adem\u00e1s del 82% de ese monto para jubiladas y jubilados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cCon estas resoluciones confirmadas anticipamos que la docencia de C\u00f3rdoba est\u00e1 dispuesta a aceptar la propuesta\u201d, escribi\u00f3 el gremio en su cuenta de la red social X.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oferta<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

La secretaria adjunta del gremio, Zulema Miretti, explic\u00f3 a un medio provincial que la propuesta establece un 20% de aumento para agosto sobre julio, y que a eso se le agrega un 10% de incremento en el complemento inicial.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, en septiembre la suba ser\u00e1 del 10% y no del 7% como en la oferta original. “Tambi\u00e9n hay un aumento del FONID que acordamos en la paritaria docente nacional de $7.500 a partir del 1 de septiembre”, indic\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n

En di\u00e1logo con Carlos Andrada, secretario general de UEPC Villa Maria, quien nos coment\u00f3 que \u201cen este 2023, hicimos 9 manifestaciones de las cuales se logr\u00f3 que no se nos descontara ni un solo d\u00eda de paro y honramos a los jubilados, a quienes siempre tenemos presente en nuestros reclamos y exigencias, poniendo fin hasta el mes de diciembre al cobro de diferimiento y extendiendo el 82% del FONID a todos los jubilados\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cCon estos logros desde el mes de agosto el salario docente de C\u00f3rdoba es el mejor del pa\u00eds. Esto no se trata de un reconocimiento ni agradecimiento al gobierno, se trata de lo que juntos logramos conseguir\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n
